Four different varieties of potato to choose from Carola (med to large potato with a creamy texture and exquisite flavor -  eat steamed, mashed, or baked), Kennebec (medium to large potato best suited for baking, mashing, or roasting, but most especially frying); Austrian Crescent Fingerling (smaller potato with a waxy and firm texture - delicious for salads or roasting); and Purple potatoes.
